Design Code
When building a design team in a company, it is imperative to first understand the pre-design company from within, meet the people, learn the processes, business-goals and customer facing suite of solutions. It is the only way you can introduce 'design' in an on-the-fly manner, smoothing roadmap @scale planning and execution.
Solve it Right (not better...)
Experience and UI features should not be limited by the technology used to produce them, but rather be motivated by the customers and users, using them; The re-design of the entire suite of products at Socure followed that design leadership, producing novel intuitive experience & interfaces, that empowered users and introduced positive disruption in the market.

This allows growth through hands-on design experience and leadership, working in direct collaboration with collogues from engineering, customer success and product leadership.
Through a fresh take on Design System (aligned with engineering) and on to advanced use-case made simple, the design team was able to support business on a wide array of solutions such as 'Public Sector' B2B and consumer experience, Fraud Analysts and their teams and a market leading AI powered mobile app (DocV) for fraud detection using advanced vision computing capabilities.
